We had Extra Mile Home Inspection Service do a check up inspection on our home. After the inspection was complete, they met with me and reviewed their findings. There were a number of areas in our home that needed attention. I asked them to give us an estimate for the charges to repair those items. The estimate we received was comprehensive and covered everything that was revealed in our report. We felt that it was a fair cost to take care of everything on our "list". We accepted their estimate and scheduled time for them to come to our home and do the repairs needed. They were very thorough, did a great job, and did the needed repairs in a timely manner as well. We were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed any repairs to their home.

Before I knew anything about Extra Mile Home Inspections, our realtor used them to inspect our house prior to purchase. They recommended putting in a sump pump in the crawlspace. We let the sellers convince us that they would fix it so there wouldn't be any problems. Needless to say, it didn't work. I came to know more about Extra Mile Home Inspections when I met Tori, the office manager, through networking. She recommended getting a check up on your house if one hasn't been done in the last 3-5 years. When were setting the schedule, we discovered that Extra Mile had done the pre-buy inspection. After the check up inspection, their recommendation included installing a sump pump (again). Rob McClernon, the owner, came to our house for the installation. Not only did we need one sump pump, but we needed two of them. I'm so thankful they were able to take care of that for us. They did a great job of installing it, they were very professional and priced reasonably as well. I would highly recommend Extra Mile Home Inspection Service for your inspection and repair needs.

As a Local Realtor and a Client that was needing a home Inspection asap and finally having the opportunity to experience the service on the receiving end from a buyer's perspective I can tell you without a doubt that I was very impressed with Extra Mile Home Inspections. My experience started with a typical home inspection just like most do, well that quickly went from typical to a need of repairs that could have potentially voided the contract completely however Robert w/Extra Mile was very patient and helped in answering questions that allowed for my husband and I to do our due diligence on making a decision! After exploring all options we decided to move forward with our purchase with the contingency that this repair issue was resolved, timing was of essence in this repair being done which also could have essentially ended our contract on this home, we contacted many contractors to get this done, well we could have saved a lot of time by calling Extra Mile first, Robert jumped in and got our repair work done asap and now we are thankfully closed and living in our new home which we love!!
