REINSPECTIONS
Reinspection within 15 miles of Nixa, MO OR Mt. Vernon, MO is FREE! Beyond 15 miles is $75.00 to be paid the day of the reinspection or to be paid at closing with a credit/debit card on file.
TRAVEL FEE
There is a flat $50.00 travel fee per day for locations 25 miles outside of Nixa, MO.
NO CHARGE FOR FOR PAYMENT AT CLOSING
We never charge our clients to pay at closing. We do however need additional information on file.
NO CHARGE FOR CREDIT CARD USE
We never charge our clients for using a debit or credit, ever! We do ask that a credit/debit be put on file for any service unless the service is being paid the same-day on site.
CANCELLED INSPECTION
Any inspection cancelled within 24 hours is the cost of the inspection to be paid by the client. Because of the lack of available vacant homes, we cannot reschedule another home in its place.
