Samantha is the Office Manager and wife of owner Brandon Otzelberger. She jumped into this industry alongside Brandon when he purchased the business in January 2026. Samantha brings over 20 years of customer service experience, with a background in childcare and as a medical assistant. After being unable to work for the last 8 years, she is thrilled to step into this role and is excited to be part of the Extra Mile family-bringing warmth, professionalism, and dedication to every client interaction.
